By creating a Vilume account you agree to what is written here. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
What Vilume is
Vilume is a habit app. You create habits, check them off when you do them, earn XP and coins, level up and build a lot that your village neighbors can see.
The app is a personal organization tool. It is not medical, psychological, financial or any other kind of professional advice.
Your account
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email: whoever gets into it gets into your account.
You must be old enough to consent to the processing of your data in your country. If you are a minor, you need permission from whoever is responsible for you.
One account is for one person. Don't create accounts to inflate a village ranking or to get around limits.
Coins, items and subscription
In-game coins and lot items are content inside the app. They are not money, have no value outside Vilume and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred.
The Pro subscription is billed by your device's store (App Store or Google Play). Cancellation and refunds follow that store's rules, not ours.
We may change prices, the catalog and progression rules. What you have already bought stays yours.
What is not allowed
Don't use the app to harass, threaten or expose other people. The village shows the name you chose and the habits you marked as public — nothing more.
Don't try to access other accounts' data, get around server limits or automate check-offs.
We may close an account that does any of these things.
No warranties
The app is provided as is. We don't promise it will be available all the time, or that data will never be lost.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the app.
Changes and contact
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we will let you know inside the app before the change takes effect.
